Skills Group Only – $40 per session

Perfect for those who want to build emotion regulation, mindfulness, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness skills in a supportive group setting.

  • Weekly 90-minute virtual group x 12 weeks (commitment and attendance are an integral part of DBT therapy)

  • Open enrollment – join anytime

  • Learn DBT skills at your own pace

  • Community support and shared learning

Who it’s for: Great for folks with a therapist already or those wanting structured skills in a safe, supportive environment.

Full DBT Therapy Package

For those seeking a comprehensive approach to DBT and emotional wellness.
Includes:

  • Weekly 50-minute individual therapy

  • Weekly 90-minute virtual group

  • Up to 2 supportive coaching check-ins per week (20 mins each)

  • Personalized treatment plan and regular progress reviews

Who it’s for: Ideal for individuals looking for full-spectrum support and personalized guidance throughout their DBT journey.
