I provide just real therapy in Ontario for people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or emotionally stuck. If you’ve ever thought, “Why can’t I keep a relationship?”, “Why does everything feel so hard?”, or “Why is life so unfair?” — you’re not alone, and you don’t have to carry it alone anymore.

With over 20 years of experience, I focus on helping adults explore their inner world and move toward clarity, connection, and lasting change. I work virtually with individuals across Ontario, offering therapy rooted in compassion, honesty, and a deep respect for your lived experience.

From the first session, my only goal is to help you feel seen, safe, and supported. I bring a balance of warmth and structure to our work — offering both practical skills and emotional insight.

Whether we’re building DBT tools to manage overwhelming emotions, exploring the “parts” of you through Internal Family Systems (IFS), or unpacking trauma, I’ll meet you exactly where you are. Therapy with me is collaborative, steady, and focused on what actually helps.

About Jessica

I live and work in Durham Region, Ontario, and offer virtual therapy across the province. I’ve also called Ottawa and Calgary home and bring a broad, pan-Canadian lens to my practice. In addition to therapy, I speak publicly on mental health, healing justice, and emotional well-being, and I’m available for engagements across Canada, the U.S., and abroad.

I bring my whole self to this work. My practice is informed not only by clinical training but also by lived experience and a strong ethical commitment to justice, inclusion, and community care.

My therapy practice is affirming, trauma-informed, and intersectional — offering inclusive care to women, queer and trans folks, and people from all racial, cultural, and spiritual backgrounds. If you’ve ever felt too sensitive, too intense, or too different — this space is for you.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for emotional regulation, BPD, and impulsivity
